When a new tenant joined the Wall Street Conyers family, we were delighted to here the Chief Operating Officer say this:

“The location is terrific – a close drive for us, plus all the conveniences including shopping, restaurants and gas stations.”

As the old saying goes, real estate is all about “location, location, location,” and we couldn’t agree more.

The area around Wall Street Conyers just became even MORE convenient. A brand new Walmart recently opened up on Salem road on March 14. We’re sure we don’t have to tell you that Walmart makes shopping a breeze by providing the best prices and a huge selection of everyday items all in one location. The new store will also contain a hair salon, optical center and Subway sandwich shop.

According to a recent news article, the new store will create about 250 jobs, mostly full-time.

We’re thrilled to welcome Walmart to the community and look forward to the influx of visitors in the area.
