Wall Street Conyers Privacy Policy

The Wall Street Conyers Condo Association (“WSCCA”) provides you with this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to let you know about our information collection and usage policies and practices that apply to information collected on the Wall Street Conyers website, http://www.wallstreetconyers.com (the “Site”). By your access to and use of the Site, you consent to the uses of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection

When you visit the Site, we collect information about you and your browsing habits, sometimes the use of cookies, described below. The information we collect depends on the pages of the Site you visit and what you do during your visit.

We may collect information from you automatically when you visit the Site, which may include the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer; the type of browser and software operating system you use; the date and time you access the Site; and the Internet address of the website from which you linked to our site.

For most of the browsing services on the Site, we do not require your personal information. There are portions of the Site where you will be given the option to provide information about you. The information that you may be asked to provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, address, and details of requests you wish to make or service issues you wish to report. Depending on your request and other circumstances, other information may also be collected. It is your discretion and determination whether to provide such information.

Use of the Information

We use the information you submit (whether submitted by you or automatically collected) to respond to your requests, to determine your actions while visiting the Site, to provide you with information that we think may be of interest to you, and to operate our business. Currently, we do not have advertising on the Site. If advertisements do appear, cookies and other technologies may exist with respect to those advertisements. Your accessing a page with those advertisements may cause your exposure to those technologies of the advertisers and/or the agencies that provide advertising content.

We do not require you to provide personal information in order to use the Site. However, if you choose to not provide requested personal information, your ability to use all of the Site’s features may be limited or you may not receive the information that you request.

Underage Customers

This Site is not designated nor intended to collect information from children under the age of 13. In addition, we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. We market our products and services exclusively to adults. If you are younger than age 18, you may use the Site only with the permission and involvement of your parents or guardian.

When you click on links or icons on the Site, you may be taken to third-party websites. These links include, but are not limited to links to, Twitter and Linked-In. At those third-party websites, the use of your information will be controlled by that third party. We cannot and do not accept responsibility for the contents or actions of any third-party websites. We encourage you to read the posted privacy statement of every website you visit, whether you are linking from the Site or browsing on your own.

While we provide information on third-party services — to make moving in and supporting your business easier, for example — we do not endorse any product or service offered by the independent vendors found on the Site under the “Helpful Resources” section. There is no relationship between the parties and no fiduciary responsibility from us to you relating to them.

This privacy policy was last revised on 12 October 2011. We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time by posting the revised privacy policy on the Site.
